1. Using Bandwagon
By creating a project, contributing material, purchasing an order, or listening through a private link, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or use Bandwagon with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Children under 13 may not create an account or submit material.
2. Accounts and private links
Organizers may use Google sign-in to save projects across devices. Contributors and recipients do not need accounts. Organizer, invitation, and reveal links act like keys: keep them private and share each only with its intended audience. You are responsible for activity performed through links or accounts you control.
3. Your material and consent
You keep the rights you already hold in voice notes, written memories, lyrics, names, images, and other material you submit. You grant Bandwagon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transcribe, transform, reproduce, and deliver that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested project.
You promise that you have permission to submit the material and that its use will not violate another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, or other rights. Organizers must obtain any additional contributor or subject permissions needed before public, promotional, or commercial use.
4. Generated songs
Bandwagon uses generative systems to draft lyrics, vocals, and music. Outputs can be inaccurate, similar to other works, or unsuitable. Organizers must review and approve lyrics and audio before sharing or monetizing them. Do not request protected lyrics, impersonation, or a confusing imitation of a real artist or person.
Subject to payment and these terms, Bandwagon grants the organizer a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, copy, perform, distribute, synchronize, share, and monetize the delivered song for lawful purposes. This contractual license covers rights Bandwagon can grant; it does not promise that copyright will exist, that the song is exclusive, or that third parties will accept it for registration, distribution, or content-identification systems. See the Music License.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use Bandwagon for unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or rights- infringing content; voice cloning or impersonation without clear authorization; spam; malware; credential sharing; or attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
6. Orders, refunds, and taxes
If paid ordering is offered, the price, delivery scope, revision allowance, refund terms, and applicable taxes shown at checkout become part of these terms. Once custom generation begins with your approval, fees may be non-refundable except where law requires otherwise or the promised deliverable cannot be provided.
7. Availability and liability
The service and outputs are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bandwagon disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only where lawful.
8. Removal, termination, and changes
Bandwagon may remove unlawful or unsafe material, suspend access, or preserve information when reasonably required for security or law. You may request deletion through Contact. Material may remain briefly in backups or where retention is legally required. Material changes to these terms apply prospectively from the posted update date.
